Supply Chain

Choice and flexibility sit at the heart of our high-net-worth adjusting service. Customers often have their own favoured contractors. Wherever possible, we will instruct them to carry out the required remedial work as soon as we have agreed the quoted scope and cost of the work.

Where customers do not have their own preferred contractor, we have curated an extensive regional network of experts spanning multiple trades and crafts. We prefer to maintain an independent network rather than manage an in-house works team and believe this avoids any potential or perceived conflict over the scope and cost of the remedial work.

Our expert independent suppliers include:

  • Disaster restoration specialists
  • Building contractors
  • Chartered surveyors and engineers
  • Salvage operators

We have identified leading organisations across these sectors and fostered close working relationships with the best-performing individuals within these companies. We manage our relationships closely to ensure they continually deliver a premium and priority service.

We have taken the same approach in niche areas such as forensic investigation and oil remediation and have built up a deep knowledge of the best restorers, repairers and conservators across the UK.

We generate no management fee or income from our supplier network. We select firms solely on their performance and appoint them for individual claims purely on their suitability for the individual circumstances of each loss.

Additionally, we have significant experience of working with insurers’ preferred supply chain partners and can operate within this model. We can also be as flexible as required to engage with other supply arrangements.
