Criterion Adjusters was established in 2001 with the aim of providing a specialist claims service for the high net worth, fine art and antiques markets.

Our focus is on providing the best customer service to our clients and their customers with our client’s need at the heart of what we do.

Criterion has a highly trained and experienced Support Team providing a Concierge service working with our adjusters to ensure the best possible service is provided to insurers, brokers and their customers. We believe that each individual adjuster should be fully and completely responsible for every claim from start to finish. Consequently, we operate a dedicated digital file handling system so that the adjuster has total ownership of the claim from the moment it is received all the way through to settlement.

We appreciate the importance of brokers to our insurer and underwriting clients and ensure that where they wish to be, the brokers are involved throughout the claims process, and at the very least they are kept fully informed.
